Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a K12 Educator. The K12 Educator will conduct live interactive classes for students, focusing on delivering high-quality learning experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include lesson planning, teaching, providing personalized support to students, and fostering engaging discussions to enhance learning outcomes. The role also involves using the Ostello platform to create a seamless and impactful learning experience for students.
Role Overview :
- Conduct engaging online classes for Grades 10–12.
- Teach small group batches (2–3 students) and one-on-one private sessions.
- Deliver personalized learning experiences tailored to each student's needs.
- Prepare students for board examinations and strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and progress reports.
- Use digital teaching tools effectively on the Ostello platform.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for Grades 10–12.
- Strong expertise in CBSE, ICSE, and/or IB curriculum.
- Prior experience in online teaching is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup.
