Who We Are Looking For
Academic Pedigree:
Post-Graduates (M.Sc, M.Tech) from IITs, NITs, IISERs, or other premier universities.
Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience in reputed coaching institutes or integrated school models with a history of producing top results.
Dual Expertise:
Ability to simplify complex concepts for both the board syllabus and the intensive requirements of NTA-led exams.
Mentorship: A student-centric approach that prioritises conceptual clarity and academic rigour.
