Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Italian Language Teacher to join our team on-site in Sisli. The role involves conducting Italian language classes for individuals and groups, developing customized lesson plans, and incorporating interactive teaching methods. The candidate will be expected to assess outcomes, provide clear feedback, and maintain detailed progress reports for each student. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in curriculum improvement are also key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Education, Teaching, and Training, preferably with experience in foreign language instruction
- Skills in Tutoring and personalized educational planning to meet students’ unique needs
- Proficient in providing excellent Customer Service and fostering positive relationships with students
- Fluency in Italian, with a solid grasp of grammar and language instruction methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications in language teaching (e.g., DITALS or equivalent)
- Ability to utilize modern teaching tools and incorporate audio-visual learning materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others succeed in language learning
- Experience working with diverse age groups and proficiency levels is a plus
