Salary Range
The salary of a teacher shall be determined in accordance with Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement according to QECO rating and years of experience. Effective September 1, 2025 teacher salaries will range from $56,288.00 to $ (based on a 1.0

- Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)
- Intermediate/Senior Subject Specific Qualifications

As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must provide a Criminal Background Check (CBC) with vulnerable sector screening current within six months of date of hire.
NOTE:
This position is open to Occasional Teachers currently employed by the Board who have completed a minimum of one LTO assignment of at least four months in duration, and whose last evaluation resulted in a satisfactory rating. In addition, a permanent teacher elsewhere in the province who applies may also be considered. Articles 17.6 and 17.7 of the Collective Agreement apply.
