Qualifications
- At least 2 years of design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates measurable impact on conversion rates and opt‑ins;
- Proficiency with industry‑standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, with bonus skills in Figma and advanced After Effects techniques;
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field;
- Marketing‑savvy: research and apply current marketing trends to create content that drives sales;
- Data‑driven mindset: understand metrics and use insights to refine content for measurable results;
- Experience working in a digital marketing environment, preferably with e‑commerce and funnel‑focused campaigns.

Compensation
