Position: Instructor for Electrical Program at Northern Lights

This role is a full-time temporary position until December 2026, requiring 30 hours per week. The successful candidate must hold Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician certification and showcase excellent communication and teamwork skills. Instructors are vital for facilitating students’ academic and practical success within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct skilled training for all Electrical program levels
• Reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical lab work
• Prepare students for their certification examination
• Promote a safe and positive learning environment
• Engage in collaborative teaching with fellow instructors
Requirements:
• Must have Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician certification
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience in a post-secondary teaching environment
• Commitment to enhancing student learning and success
• Previous experience with relevant curriculum preferred
