Position: Instructor for Electrical Apprenticeship Program

This opportunity is for 12 Instructor positions in Electrical Apprenticeship and Trades & Technology programs at the Mac Phail School of Energy. Candidates should bring a Red Seal certification and at least four years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities include preparing lessons, engaging with students, and collaborating with industry to enhance curriculum relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop quality instructional materials and presentations
• Report student grades accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing SAIT training as needed
• Engage actively in School’s initiatives and objectives
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:

Required:
Red Seal Electrician certification
• Four years of practical experience as Journeyperson Electrician
• Teaching experience in electrical trades preferred
• A relevant university degree is an asset
• Familiarity with basic AI models preferred
