Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and insightful training sessions, designing HR-related course content, assessing participants’ progress, and providing feedback to enhance their skills. The role also includes preparing assignments, conducting research, and assisting freshers in their career preparation journey, while maintaining alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources Management and experience in training delivery
- Skills in curriculum design, assessment creation, and content preparation
- Ability to guide and mentor freshers in career planning and interview preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences
- Proven capability in research, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in presentation tools and online teaching platforms
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
- Relevant certifications or a degree in HR, Education, or a related field preferred
