AHIMA is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a large-scale learning ecosystem with 1,200+ modules. You will apply adult learning principles, UX concepts, and data-driven decisions to craft engaging, scalable eLearning programs and materials.
You will develop off-the-shelf and custom courses, collaborate with SMEs and instructors, and ensure content quality, accessibility, and learner-centered outcomes across the library.
