Responsibilities
- Review and edit existing learning materials and existing lecture content.
- Assess learning needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze existing instructional materials and restructure them for better flow and clarity.
- Develop and design online learning content and assessment tools.
- Support the implementation of online learning programs.
- Help train educators and students on how to use the online learning system.
- Stay up to date with best practices and trends in online learning and instructional design.
- Collaborate remotely with the team to improve the quality of learning content.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and educational program design
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital education tools
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with the needs of young learners, particularly in programming and digital education, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
