Role Description
The Information Communication Technology (ICT) Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons in computer science and IT, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, fostering digital literacy, and integrating technology into the classroom to support learning. The teacher will also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage critical thinking through interactive teaching methods. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- A qualified teaching certification (Diploma or Bachelor degree in Teaching) and experience in lesson planning.
- IELTS score of band 6 or above.
- Strong knowledge in Information Technology and Computer Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students in a technology-focused learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in ICT or related subjects or ADEK approval as ICT Teacher is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating innovative technology into classroom teaching.
