As an Industry Trainer – Real Estate, you’ll support learners through their qualification journey in a role designed to be sustainable, balanced and genuinely rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral and academic support across multiple learner cohorts
  • Mark assessments and deliver timely, constructive feedback
  • Facilitate weekly cohort sessions to support assessment completion
  • Monitor learner progress and step in early to provide support
  • Track engagement, manage extensions, and support learner retention
  • Prepare monthly progress and outcomes reporting for the Delivery Lead

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • Minimum Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification
  • At least 3 years’ industry experience in property management or real estate
  • Unit Standard 4098 and Unit Standard 11551, or a willingness to work towards these with support from Skills Group as part of your professional development
  • Proven experience supporting learners or students, including tracking progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong communication and organisational skills across multiple cohorts
  • Experience using LMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
