As an Industry Trainer – Real Estate, you’ll support learners through their qualification journey in a role designed to be sustainable, balanced and genuinely rewarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral and academic support across multiple learner cohorts
- Mark assessments and deliver timely, constructive feedback
- Facilitate weekly cohort sessions to support assessment completion
- Monitor learner progress and step in early to provide support
- Track engagement, manage extensions, and support learner retention
- Prepare monthly progress and outcomes reporting for the Delivery Lead
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
- Minimum Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification
- At least 3 years’ industry experience in property management or real estate
- Unit Standard 4098 and Unit Standard 11551, or a willingness to work towards these with support from Skills Group as part of your professional development
- Proven experience supporting learners or students, including tracking progress and providing constructive feedback
- Strong communication and organisational skills across multiple cohorts
- Experience using LMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
