Position: Humber College Indigenous Education Manager
Shape the future of Indigenous education at Humber College as the Manager of Indigenous Education and Engagement. This full-time role is pivotal in fostering student success through engaging programs and community relations.
As the Manager, you will lead and evaluate diverse educational initiatives that resonate with Indigenous students. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Academic, you will collaborate with various departments and community partners to enhance recruitment, retention, and overall well-being of Indigenous learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement culturally relevant educational programs

• Mentor staff to promote effective service delivery

• Strengthen partnerships with Indigenous organizations and schools

• Evaluate program impact and identify areas for improvement

• Foster a supportive environment for Indigenous student concerns
Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Indigenous Studies or related area

• Five years of progressive experience in education management

• Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles

• Excellent communication skills, including storytelling

• Familiarity with data tracking and institutional reporting tools
