About the Role
We're expanding our IELTS training presence in Chennai through our network of partner colleges and are looking for a passionate IELTS Trainer. This is a field-based role where you will travel to assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and study abroad seminars.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes.
- Deliver IELTS and study abroad awareness seminars and workshops on college campuses.
- Assess students' English proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
- Conduct mock IELTS tests and track student progress.
- Guide students on effective test-taking strategies and exam techniques.
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their IELTS preparation journey.
- Counsel interested students and support enrollments into Leap's IELTS programs.
Ideal Persona:
- 1–3 years of experience in IELTS, Spoken English, or English language training.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable traveling across Chennai to conduct sessions at partner colleges.
- Confident in engaging large groups of students through interactive classroom sessions and seminars.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple college visits and training schedules.
