Role Description
The Full-time IELTS & PTE Instructor role is an exciting opportunity to join our growing academic team based in Kathmandu. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to deliver high-quality IELTS and PTE preparation classes while helping students improve their English language skills and achieve their target scores.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of creating an engaging classroom environment, and committed to supporting students throughout their learning journey. The role also involves conducting regular assessments, mock tests, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring students' progress to ensure consistent improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, ELT, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IELTS, PTE, or other English language proficiency courses.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of IELTS and PTE test formats, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom sessions.
- Experience conducting regular tests, mock examinations, and providing individualized feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple batches effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools.
