任职要求：
- 承担IB经济/A Level经济全英文授课，保证教学质量与学生优异出分。
- 带领经济学科组开展备课、教研与教学研讨，为团队提供专业指导与教学建议。
- 熟悉IB考纲与课程体系，统筹学科教学安排，提升整体教学水平。
- 负责经济优生培优，指导学生参与经济竞赛、冲刺牛剑等名校申请。
- 做好组内沟通协作，带动团队氛围，提升学科凝聚力。
We are currently recruiting an IB Economics teacher for an international school in Zhenjiang. The expected start date is as soon as possible or by August 2026.
Job Requirements:
Offer full English-language instruction for IB Economics/A Level Economics courses, ensuring high teaching quality and excellent student performance.
- Lead the economics subject group in conducting lesson preparation, teaching research, and teaching discussions, and provide professional guidance and teaching suggestions to the team
- Be familiar with the IB syllabus and curriculum framework, coordinate the teaching arrangements of various subjects, and enhance the overall teaching quality
- Be responsible for providing economic assistance for students' academic excellence, and guide them to participate in economic competitions and apply for prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the group, foster a positive team atmosphere, and enhance the cohesion of the discipline
Requirements
- 海归优先；国内本科为211及以上，海外本科为QS前50院校。
- 三年及以上IB经济教学经验，教学成绩优秀；两年及以上经济学科组长经验；有两年及以上A Level经济教学经验者优先。
- 英语流利，可全英文授课；精通IB/A Level经济考纲与教学体系；具备教学领导力，工作主动，能给团队专业支持，有团队凝聚力。
- Priority is given to those with overseas experience; for domestic applicants, a bachelor's degree from a university ranked among the top 211 institutions or above is required; for overseas applicants, a bachelor's degree from a university ranked within the top 50 in the QS rankings
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in IB Economics, with outstanding teaching performance; at least 2 years of experience as a head of the economics department; candidates with at least 2 years of A Level Economics teaching experience will be given priority
- Fluent in English, capable of teaching in English; Proficient in the IB/A Level economics syllabus and teaching system; Possessing teaching leadership skills, proactive in work, able to provide professional support to the team, and having strong team cohesion
