Position: Hybrid Learning Experience Manager Life

In this permanent, full-time role, you will provide leadership to a talented team of instructional designers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engagement standards. Your expertise will shape impactful learning solutions that drive performance improvements and support organizational goals. You’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders while overseeing a diverse range of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the instructional design leadership team
• Manage resource allocation for multiple initiatives
• Set standards for quality and consistency in learning solutions
• Collaborate with business leads to assess learning needs
• Design multi-modal instructional pieces
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in instructional design and L&D strategy
• 5+ years of leading L&D teams
• Proven management of complex learning portfolios
• Strong consulting and business partnership skills
• Experience with AI-enabled learning tools
