Collaborating with an Employer Relationship Manager, you will also help in recruitment and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students through their co-op work term journey
• Monitor student progress and address emerging concerns
• Collaborate with the Employer Relationship Manager for placements
• Ensure alignment with CEWIL accreditation standards
• Foster meaningful relationships with students and employers
Requirements:
• Experience in student advising or related field
• Strong relationship-building skills
