Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Administration Faculty member, based in Kochi. The role involves teaching Diploma and postgraduate diploma in hospital administration, developing and updating course materials, and fostering a knowledge-rich environment. Responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in curriculum planning, organizing workshops or seminars, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the delivery of relevant and cutting-edge knowledge. The faculty member will also collaborate with team members to enhance educational and professional growth for students in the healthcare management field.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Solid background knowledge in Medicine
- Experience in academic teaching or training, preferably in hospital administration or related fields
- Master's or higher degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Commitment to fostering academic excellence and student development
- Familiarity with the Indian healthcare system and global healthcare practices is a plus
