Key Responsibilities
- Design and standardize Chemistry curriculum (CBSE + JEE/NEET foundation)
- Plan academic schedules and ensure syllabus completion
- Develop study materials, worksheets, question banks, and revision notes
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and proper difficulty progression
- Design and review assessments (school + competitive level)
- Analyze student performance and recommend improvements
- Manage a team of 810 Chemistry faculty
- Allocate work and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Candidate Profile
- Must have teaching experience (JEE/NEET Chemistry)
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Experience in curriculum planning and content creation
- Prior team handling experience preferred
