Primary Purpose
- Provide leadership in development, implementation and coordination of an education program for early childhood services.
- Assist the program director in overall administration of the instructional program and campus level operations.
Special Knowledge And Skills
- Ability to implement Practice Based Coaching techniques
- Ability to organize, direct, coordinate and evaluate Head Start curriculum
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to manage a budget
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Early Childhood Certification required
- Master's degree preferred
- CLASS Appraiser Certification required or obtain upon hire
Experience
- Five years classroom teaching experience required
- Early Childhood classroom teaching experience required
