Job Description
We are looking to appoint a new Head of School at Margaretting Church of England Primary School.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Have a commitment to supporting the Christian distinctiveness of a Church school in line with Diocese guidance and the Church of England vision for education.
- Inspire pupils with a passion for learning.
- Understand specific learning needs/styles to differentiate support to pupils.
- Be able to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking.
- Have a desire to help all pupils succeed.
- Demonstrate compassion towards the needs of the pupils.
- Be able to exchange verbal information clearly and sensitively with pupils and adults.
- Be able to work with a range of colleagues.
- Work collaboratively across the school.
The successful candidate will be part of a positive environment, with dedicated and supportive colleagues who strive for excellence.
