The Role
- Provide strategic, operational and educational leadership
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum
- Lead safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Contribute to whole-school strategy as part of the ELT
The Person
- Proven leadership experience in a Prep or primary setting
- Strong track record of improving outcomes
- Deep understanding of EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Aligned with Sherfield’s values and ethos
