Responsibilities
- Responsible for the English curriculum and its development.
- Responsible for the high quality delivery of our systematic synthetic phonics offer across the school.
- Lead on quality assurance of the delivery of English across the school.
- Responsible for all English accreditation.
- Part of the middle leadership team.
Compensation
Paid at mainscale/upper pay scale. Includes 1 SEN point (£2,787) and a TLR2 (£5,607).
