industry-ready professionals. We believe in practical learning, real business exposure, and skill development – not textbook theory.
Running A2 Digital — our digital marketing company — we hired hundreds of candidates.
Great degrees. Impressive resumes. But when it came to actual work, most simply
weren't ready. And the businesses we worked with weren't struggling because of bad budgets or weak strategies. They were struggling because they couldn't find the right people.
That gap — between what education produces and what industries actually need — is exactly what TEONOX exists to close.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The Head of Academics owns TEONOX’s academic vision and execution. This role
ensures all programs are practical, industry-aligned, future-ready, and designed to create employable, business-ready professionals.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Build and improve our curriculum so it stays practical, relevant, and aligned with industry needs.
- Ensure practical, outcome-focused learning delivery.
- Hire, guide, and evaluate trainers to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Plan and manage course schedules, academic calendars, and assessment systems.
- Continuously upgrade programs based on industry and technology trends
- Ensure academic quality, compliance with standards, and strong student learning outcomes.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
- MBA in Marketing
- 8+ years of experience in academics, training, consulting or industry-led education
- Strong understanding of business, growth, marketing, sales and analytics
- Proven leadership in curriculum or academic program management
- Business-first, ownership-driven mindset
