Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Curriculum at The Shri Ram Academy in Hyderabad. The Head of Curriculum will be responsible for designing and implementing a cohesive and forward-thinking academic curriculum aligned with the IB philosophy. They will collaborate with educators to foster inquiry-based learning, ensure academic rigor, and support professional development initiatives. Other responsibilities include evaluating curriculum effectiveness, overseeing assessments, and aligning teaching methodologies to drive student engagement and achievement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in curriculum design, development, and evaluation for IB or similar inquiry-based frameworks
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, administrators, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in fostering inquiry-based learning, pedagogical strategies, and instructional innovation
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in teacher training, professional development, and mentorship programs
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in IB schools or a similar international education setting is highly desirable
