- Support accreditation readiness, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive institutional effectiveness and academic performance enhancement.
- Partner with senior academic stakeholders to strengthen teaching excellence and student outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing academic development team.
Requirements:
- PhD qualification required.
- Previous faculty or teaching experience is mandatory.
- Significant experience in higher education, academic quality, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks and academic assessment.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
