If you can light up a classroom and help young adults actually use their English (not just memorize it), keep reading.
What you'll do:
- Teach engaging, communication-focused General English lessons (materials & curriculum provided)
- Adapt and personalize lessons for different proficiency levels
- Track student progress and keep them motivated
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Teach young adults (and occasionally teenagers), with a mix of daytime and evening classes
What we're looking for:
- Strong English — C1 level minimum, confident and fluent (IELTS/TOEFL a plus)
- 1+ year of teaching experience preferred — but if you can teach brilliantly, we want to hear from you
- International certificates (CELTA, TESOL) are a plus
- Energy, reliability, discipline, and a real passion for teaching
- Confidence handling group classes and connecting with students

- 📍 In-person at UpGrade, Baku
- ⏰ Full-time preferred / part-time possible (min. 5–6 hours)
