Job Description / Responsibility
GEG Bangladesh Limited invites applications from qualified, experienced, and mission-driven educational leaders for the position of Middle School / High School Principal at a respected American-curriculum Christian school William Carey Academy in Chattogram, Bangladesh.

Reports To: Administrative Director, WCA
Contract Term: Three Years (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Middle and High School programs.
- Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and student development within an American curriculum framework.
- Supervise and mentor faculty and support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- . Support academic and operational effectiveness in partnership with the Administrative Director.
- Promote a positive school culture that reflects Christian values and high educational standards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to the professional development and capacity building of national staff.
- Advance the mission, vision, and strategic goals of GEG Bangladesh Limited
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Master`s degree from an accredited university required; preference will be given to candidates with experience in American curriculum schools and educational leadership.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- School
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience at the middle or high school level, preferably within an international or cross-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team-development skills.
- Strong understanding of American curriculum and educational practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural competencies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to servant leadership.
- Practicing Christian with a mature faith and alignment with the mission and values of GEG Bangladesh Limited.
