Position: GAF External Learning Instructor Role
Become an External Learning & Development Instructor with GAF, focusing on roofing systems training across the U.S. Enhance contractor engagement through technical and sales seminars while making learning impactful.
GAF is seeking an experienced instructor to lead training events regionally and nationwide. The ideal candidate has over five years in construction and roofing, with exceptional presentation skills.
Your role involves delivering seminars on GAF roofing materials, ensuring content is current and innovative while engaging diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical and sales training seminars for contractors and clients
• Develop facilitation techniques and learning materials
• Update and innovate program content consistently
• Train GAF sales force on systems and programs
• Assist with marketing, HR, and CCP tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of construction or roofing experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with large audiences
• Knowledge of general construction and roofing systems
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time
