Overview
The Faculty of Business invites applications for a full-time faculty position. We are looking for an engaged academic who can contribute across teaching, research, and service, while supporting a dynamic and student-centred learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Student Engagement
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business-related fields using interactive and applied approaches
• Guide and mentor students in academic planning and career development
• Oversee internships, capstone projects, and applied learning experiences
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to enhance student performance
Research & Academic Contribution
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda in business or management
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in academic conferences
• Integrate current industry and academic insights into course delivery
• Collaborate on research initiatives within the faculty and across disciplines
Service & Institutional Involvement
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program improvement
• Participate in committees and academic governance activities
• Engage with industry partners and external stakeholders
• Support initiatives that foster an inclusive and collaborative academic culture
Requirements
• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a business-related discipline
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness in higher education
• Ongoing research activity with a record of publications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to academic excellence and inclusive education
