Warner school serves approx. 100 students from Early Learning to grade 12, with a professional staff of 7.5 teachers. Assignment includes: a school
leadership
/principal role which includes an approximate 0.50 FTE teaching assignment. The ideal candidate will be a
dynamic
, student-centered educator possessing the following qualifications:
Successful teaching and administrative experience and demonstrated ability to meet the
Leadership
Quality Standard. A Masters is strongly preferred.
Team-oriented
leadership
style emphasizing
collaborative
decision-making. Well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent
communication
, and organizational abilities. Proven record of excellence in areas of quality teaching, optimum learning, and responding to instruction and intervention. Willingness and ability to engage and foster school and community relationships.
