We’re looking for a Freelance Baking Tutor to join us at Flour Will Fly
This is a teaching role — not just baking.
We run hands-on, beginner-friendly classes with a strong focus on creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience. We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead a group, explain techniques clearly, and hold the room.
The role:
– Freelance position
– Teaching structured baking classes (bread, enriched doughs, etc.)
– Typically 1–2 Sunday sessions per month (with potential for more)
– Based in Liverpool
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has strong baking skills (bread experience is important)
– Is confident speaking to groups and guiding beginners
– Has a calm, warm presence in the room
– Is reliable and takes pride in their work
