Job Summary
We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and academically driven Staff and Faculty Members to join our institution for the delivery of undergraduate (ADP & BS) and Post-ADP programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering an engaging learning environment, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through teaching, curriculum development, research, and institutional service.

Qualifications& Experience
· Qualification: Ph D / M Phil (18 Years of Education) in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph D Degree.

Knowledge & Skills
· Strong subject knowledge in the relevant academic discipline.
· Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
· Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessment, and student evaluation.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital teaching platforms.
· Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic environment.
