Role Description The Faculty Member for BBA and BCA programs will design and deliver classroom lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with the university curriculum and NDIM’s academic standards. The role includes preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. The Faculty Member will guide students in projects, research work, and career development, while contributing to academic events, workshops, and departmental activities. Responsibilities also include participating in curriculum review, maintaining student records, and collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the NDIM campus in Tughlakabad.
Qualifications
- Advanced academic qualifications in Management, Computer Applications, or a related discipline (minimum master’s degree; PhD or ongoing doctoral work preferred).
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in areas relevant to BBA and/or BCA, with the ability to teach core and elective courses effectively.
- Prior teaching or training experience in higher education, with strong classroom management and learner-centric instructional skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, academic assessment, and use of educational technologies and learning management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse groups of learners.
