ROLE OVERVIEW

We are building a panel of subject-matter experts to deliver specific modules of our Bank PO Coaching programme. Empanelled faculty are engaged on a per-session or per-module basis and are not required to be available full time. Sessions are scheduled in advance and mutually agreed upon. This is an excellent opportunity for banking professionals, retired bankers, educators, and domain experts who wish to contribute meaningfully to the next generation of banking talent.

MODULES AVAILABLE FOR EMPANELMENT

Faculty may apply for one or more of the following subject areas:
• Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation
• Reasoning Ability (Verbal & Logical)
• English Language (Grammar, RC, Descriptive Writing)
• Banking & Financial Awareness
• General Awareness & Current Affairs
• Computer Awareness
• Group Discussion Facilitation & Personality Development
• Mock Interview Panel (Banking Professionals preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
────────────────────────────────────────
• Deliver sessions as per the BPO-201 curriculum and session plan provided by Bancademia
• Conduct module-end assessments and return evaluated scripts within 48 hours
• Participate in mock interview panels (for Banking Awareness and Interview Readiness modules)
• Provide written feedback to learners after mock interview sessions
• Maintain session attendance records and share session notes with the programme coordinator

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
────────────────────────────────────────
Essential:
• Graduate in any discipline (Post-Graduate preferred for Banking/GK modules)
• Demonstrated expertise in the subject area — through teaching, professional practice, or both
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Ability to engage a young, competitive learner group with energy and clarity
For QA / Reasoning / English modules:
• Prior experience coaching for competitive examinations (Bank PO / SSC / CAT level)
• Track record of learner outcomes — selection rates preferred
For Banking Awareness & Mock Interview modules:
• Active or retired banking professional (Officer Grade and above preferred)
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines, banking operations, and current financial developments

EMPANELMENT TERMS
────────────────────────────────────────
• Engagement Type: Empanelled (per-session / per-module basis)
• Commitment: Minimum 1 module per batch (approx. 10–24 sessions depending on module)
• Location: Bancademia Centre, Poddar Nagar, Kolkata (in-person sessions; hybrid considered for select modules)
• Scheduling: Sessions scheduled minimum 2 weeks in advance with mutual confirmation
• Remuneration: Competitive per-session honorarium — discussed individually based on subject and experience
