Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a faculty member engaging in Switzerland-based academic collaborations with international universities. Responsibilities include developing and delivering course content, conducting assessments, mentoring students, collaborating with academic peers, and contributing to the enhancement of course frameworks. The faculty member will also participate in remote seminars and workshops and support program growth by adhering to international academic standards.
Requirements:
✔ PhD or DBA holder from a recognized institution
✔ Strong academic and research background
✔ Experience in supervising doctoral research, dissertations, or theses
✔ Experience in teaching MBA, DBA, or PhD-level courses
✔ Excellent communication and mentoring skills
✔ Prior international teaching or supervision experience will be an advantage
Location: Switzerland (Remote)

• Guide and supervise DBA/PhD scholars
• Support research, dissertation, and publication activities
