Our client Roots International Schools is looking for a Faculty for Hospitality and Tourism Management in Lahore
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Faculty Member for the Hospitality and Tourism Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and industry engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
- Develop lesson plans, course content, assessments, and learning resources.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional standards.
- Foster industry linkages and support curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree (minimum) in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education.
- Industry experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or travel management will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in academic technologies and learning management systems.
