LSSE digital learning platform designed to equip young people with practical capability in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, and civil values. The platform serves learners across four progression levels: Primary, Junior Secondary, Senior Secondary, and University/College (ImpactUni).

Our mission is to build a generation of learners who are financially aware, enterprise-minded, ethically grounded, and leadership-ready. Through live virtual classes, guided learning pathways, practical activities, and age-appropriate curriculum delivery, ImpactKnowledge combines education with character formation and real-world readiness.

We are seeking high-quality Online Facilitators / Teachers to deliver engaging and structured virtual classes across one or more learner levels on the ImpactKnowledge platform.

This role is ideal for educators, trainers, facilitators, youth mentors, and subject specialists who can translate curriculum into practical, age-appropriate, and inspiring live learning experiences. Successful candidates will play a critical role in helping learners develop not only knowledge, but also confidence, discipline, initiative, teamwork, ethical judgement, and problem-solving ability.

Applicants may specialise in one or more of the following:

  • Financial Literacy
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Leadership Development
  • Civil Values, Citizenship, and Ethics
  • Deliver high-quality live online classes to assigned learner groups
  • Teach age-appropriate content in a clear, engaging, and practical manner
  • Facilitate classroom participation, discussion, and learner interaction
  • Guide assignments, projects, reflection tasks, and practical exercises
  • Reinforce values such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, teamwork, and civic awareness
  • Support learner confidence, participation, and behavioural engagement in the virtual classroom
  • Work with the curriculum and programme team to maintain consistent delivery standards
  • Provide basic learner progress observations and session feedback
  • Prepare adequately for sessions using approved lesson plans and facilitator materials
  • Participate in facilitator briefings, training sessions, and quality assurance reviews where required

Facilitators may be engaged to teach within one or more of the following pathways:

Primary (Ages 7–11)

Junior Secondary (Ages 12–14)

Senior Secondary (Ages 15–18)

ImpactUni (Ages 18+)

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in teaching, facilitation, training, or youth learning delivery
  • Strong ability to teach or facilitate in an online environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify ideas and adapt content to different age groups
  • Confidence in leading live virtual sessions with energy and structure
  • Strong classroom engagement and learner management ability
  • Passion for education, youth development, and values-based learning
  • Good organisational skills and professional reliability
  • Access to a stable internet connection, laptop, and suitable online teaching setup

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience teaching financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, citizenship, or life skills
  • Experience working with children, teenagers, or university-age learners
  • Background in education, business, finance, youth development, social enterprise, or related disciplines
  • Experience with EdTech platforms, LMS tools, or virtual classroom systems
  • Prior experience facilitating group discussions, simulations, project-based learning, or mentoring sessions
  • Teaching qualification, facilitation certification, or relevant academic background
