Curriculum:

  • Understand and teach our school curriculum.

  • Produce timely, informative, and constructive reports for parents, addressing student progress and personal, social, and emotional development.

Teaching and Learning:

  • Plan effectively for diverse teaching and learning needs across different contexts and timeframes.
  • Employ effective questioning strategies tailored to learners' needs.
  • Provide clear explanations of learning objectives at appropriate levels.
  • Utilize creative and imaginative teaching strategies, considering individual, group, and class needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve professional practice to enhance its impact on all learners.
  • Create transformative learning opportunities that challenge assumptions and broaden worldviews.
  • Design varied, differentiated tasks to build confidence and promote the progress of all learners.
  • Identify and address learning barriers and seek advice on learners' needs as required.

Classroom Organization and Management:

  • Ensure a safe, well-organized, stimulating classroom or work area with updated displays.
  • Effectively plan and organize space for whole-class, group and individual activities, promoting independent learning.
  • Maximize resource utilization, including digital technologies, to support teaching and learning.

Developing Positive Behavior and Relationships:

  • Demonstrate care and commitment to working with all learners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Teaching certification/license.
  • At least two years of proven experience in the subject area or grade level
  • Outstanding references from at least two previous school administrators
  • Working location: Einstein School HCMC, No 16, Street 12, 13C Residential Area, Binh Hung, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

    Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM
