Job Description
As an Enrollment Advisor at Cumorah Academy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting students who align with our educational mission. You will be responsible for researching, engaging, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process while providing key information and support related to our programs. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the academy by ensuring a high-quality student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research and Outreach: Identify, research, and connect with potential students who meet Cumorah Academy's enrollment requirements through a variety of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Student Engagement: Regularly engage with potential students, providing detailed information about our leadership programs, curriculum, campus life, and scholarship opportunities.
- Student Enrollment: Guide prospective students through the application and admissions process, ensuring all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Interview Coordination: Assist students in scheduling and organizing interviews with the recruitment team and other key stakeholders within the academy.
- Scholarship Assistance: Provide clear guidance and support for students interested in applying for scholarships, including application deadlines, requirements, and submission processes.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in meetings with the enrollment department, marketing, and other relevant departments to stay updated on goals, strategies, and admissions policies.
- Professional Development: Participate in internal and external training sessions to continuously develop your skills in recruitment, admissions, and leadership.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of communication with prospective students and report on key metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: C1 or above in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruitment, or teaching roles. Experience in educational institutions or nonprofit environments is highly valued.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with educational initiatives, admissions procedures, and the ability to explain complex processes clearly and confidently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: An associate's degree or comparable diploma in business, communication, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Languages: Multilingual candidates are a plus, as Cumorah Academy serves a diverse student body.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
