Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Trainer based in Chintamani. The English Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language lessons, tailoring teaching methods to suit different learning styles, and creating lesson plans that align with learner goals. The role will include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The English Trainer will also assist in refining curriculum content and contribute to the professional development of the training team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and a strong foundation in Education methodologies
- Teaching and Writing skills with a focus on clear communication and engagement
- Strong organizational and lesson planning abilities
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching or training roles is highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
