NATIVE SPEAKER TEACHER APPLICATION

Teach English at Café English.

We hire native English speakers to work in a cozy, café-style language school in the heart of Budapest. Before we start, a quick eligibility check.

What our corporate clients require

A quick heads-up before you apply: the criteria below aren't our personal preference — they come directly from the corporate clients we serve. Their in-house language programmes specify these standards in their contracts with us, and we're obligated to honour them.

Because of this, teachers we place must be native English speakers from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand — or have lived many years in one of those countries with a traditional UK/US accent.

!

Our clients have explicitly asked us not to place teachers whose English carries traces of German, Russian, Indian, or other non-traditional accents — regardless of fluency level. We wish we had more flexibility here, but this is a contractual requirement from their side, not ours. Thank you for understanding.

Do you meet these criteria?

Yes — I qualify No
