Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress through classwork, homework, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior.
- Maintain discipline and classroom management in line with school policies.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessment papers as required.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide appropriate guidance and intervention.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic events, school functions, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and holistic development of students at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other academic documentation.
- Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities as assigned by the school administration
Educational Requirements
- Master of Arts (MA) in English
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
