📝 What You’ll Do
- Conduct live online classes to build fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills
- Use storytelling, role play, creative writing, and public speaking activities
- Facilitate real-world learning projects like talk shows, podcasts, and puppet plays
- Personalise teaching based on each child’s pace and personality
- Engage with students across India, the US, UK, ANZ, and other regions
- Share feedback and track student progress
- Stay aligned with Bhanzu’s teaching methodology and training practices
✅ What You Need
- Excellent spoken English with a clear or neutral accent
- Strong understanding of grammar, phonics, and reading strategies
- Ability to teach students from UKG to Grade 8 with clarity and warmth
- Prior teaching experience (preferred)
- Certifications like CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or TOEFL (preferred, not mandatory)
- Laptop, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
- Power backup (inverter/UPS) to avoid class disruptions
🕒 Time Commitment & Slots
- 4 to 7 hours per day, 6 days a week (1 weekday off)
- Peak Slots: 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM (highest payout)
- Average monthly earnings: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
- Top performers earn ₹75,000+
