Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time remote role for an English Teacher. The English Teacher will conduct 1-on-1 online lessons tailored to individual learners’ needs, design engaging lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learners' spoken English skills. The teacher will work closely with students of diverse age groups and professional backgrounds to help them achieve their communication goals in English. Additionally, the role includes fostering a supportive learning environment and encouraging confidence in English speaking.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Teaching, and Education
- Experience in Lesson Planning and customizing learning materials
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with learners
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Prior experience teaching English online or in classroom settings is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different learner schedules
