We are looking for an English Teacher for a School in Qingyuan. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in September 2026.
About The School
The school is located in North Vanke City, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City. The international department serves students from Senior 1 to Senior 3 (ages 15-18) and offers a bilingual and globally focused curriculum in small to medium-sized classes (15-30 students).
Job details
- Teach English to students aged 6-15 across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels, with specific grade assignments subject to the school's unified arrangement, ensuring lessons are engaging and aligned with international education standards
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to support student learning
- Collaboratively teach with local or foreign educators, contributing to curriculum development
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and support improvement where needed
- Provide feedback to students and their parents or guardians
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Approximately 24 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each), including office hours
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in English, Literature or a related field
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in the subject area
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or a teaching license required
- Passion for education and cross-cultural communication

- Monthly salary of 20,000 to 24,000 RMB after tax, negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
