At Path Academy Indonesia, we're on a mission to help students get where they want to go, and we need great people to help make that happen. We're looking for an IELTS Tutor who genuinely loves teaching, connects well with students, and gets excited about seeing real results.
This role is fully remote and flexible. Work from wherever you're most productive.
What You'll Be Doing
Teaching IELTS isn't just about drills and practice tests. You'll be guiding students through the full journey, from their first lesson to test day. Here's what that looks like day to day:
• Running engaging 1-on-1 and group IELTS sessions, both online and in-person, covering all four components
• Building lesson plans, study materials, and mock test simulations that actually help students improve
• Giving honest, useful feedback and tracking each student's progress along the way
• Writing progress reports to keep everyone in the loop
• Adapting to student schedules when needed, which may occasionally include evenings or weekends depending on class availability
• Stepping in as administrator, proctor, or examiner during simulation events
• Helping shape and improve our IELTS curriculum as we grow
• Occasionally guiding prospective students who are just starting to explore their options
Who We're Looking For
• S1 in English Education, English Literature, or similar. Master's degree (especially from overseas) is a big plus
• IELTS score of 7.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years of IELTS teaching experience
• Comfortable with online tools like Zoom, LMS platforms, and interactive learning tools
Quick Requirements
• Bachelor's degree minimum

• 2+ years of IELTS work experience preferred
• Open to a fully remote and flexible working setup
