About the Role: As an ESL teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to teach adult students across various regions, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America, while enjoying a stable income and dedicated support.
Responsibilities:
- Focus solely on teaching without the hassle of client acquisition.
- Plan your finances with confidence through guaranteed up to 30 hours weekly.
- Utilize provided teaching materials to eliminate late-night lesson planning.
- Receive support from a dedicated team handling student acquisition and admin tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
- 6+ months teaching/tutoring experience.
- English speakers from USA/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand.
- Currently based in Central/South America or South-East Asia.
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Tech:
- Computer: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz+ (8 CPUs), 8GB+ RAM.
- Internet: 20+ Mbps upload/download with LAN cable connection.
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
- Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hour capacity (if in regions with power interruptions).
- Environment: Quiet, well-lit teaching space.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with adult education.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Pay range and compensation package:
Enjoy a stable income of 10 USD per hour without the feast-or-famine cycle of freelancing, along with a consistent schedule that allows for work-life balance.
