Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Online English Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language lessons, creating customized learning materials that align with CEFR standards, and assessing students’ progress to provide personalized feedback. The role also involves facilitating online class interactions to ensure active participation and supporting students in achieving their communicative goals in English.
Qualifications
- Proficiency and experience in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching practices
- Understanding of educational methodologies and experience in providing effective instruction
- Strong skills in Writing and creating language-learning content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience teaching English as a second language (TESL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Familiarity with CEFR standards and online teaching platforms is an advantage
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to cater to diverse learning needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
